Overview

Himmelborg builds Amazon marketplace optimization tools helping brands, aggregators, and agencies manage Amazon listings through the Selling Partner API (SP-API). This notice covers data handling across Himmelborg and its products, including Keep.

1. Information Accessed via Amazon SP-API

Our platform may access:

• Product listing data (titles, descriptions, images, attributes)
• Inventory information
• Pricing data
• Amazon-generated reports
• Order and performance reports (if authorized)

Himmelborg does not access buyer personal data unless explicitly authorised and required.

2. Purpose of Data Processing

Data is processed solely to:

• Audit listing content against canonical records
• Identify content inconsistencies
• Generate optimization recommendations
• Automate approved content updates
• Provide reporting and analytics

Data is not used for advertising, resale, or unrelated commercial purposes.

3. Data Storage and Retention

• Stored in encrypted cloud infrastructure
• Retained during active subscription or as required for compliance
• Users may request deletion at any time

4. Data Sharing

Himmelborg does not sell or share Amazon data with third parties. Sub-processors handle data processing with contractual confidentiality obligations.

• Encryption at rest
• Role-based access control
• Secure API credential storage
• Restricted internal data access

6. User Control and Revocation

Users may revoke access via Amazon Seller/Vendor Central or written request. API access is immediately disabled upon revocation.
